Window closing and opening from the remote key by coding

A long press on the key closes every window and the sunroof; another one opens them to air the cabin before setting off. The function is built into the central electronics of most group vehicles, but disabled on many trims. It is coded in a few minutes.

What we enable

Comfort closing and opening from the remote and, on vehicles with keyless access, the same command by a long press on the door handle. The required press time is adjustable on some models.

On vehicles with a sunroof, it is included in the command; on convertibles, opening the roof from the key is a specific coding that we check case by case.

What you need

  • A Windows laptop with TeamViewer or AnyDesk
  • A VNCI 6154A or VAS 6154A interface

On recent models protected by SFD (Golf 8, Octavia 4, Leon 4, A3 8Y, Formentor…), the activation goes through an authenticated unlock with the manufacturer. Our technicians perform it during the session; the quote reflects it.

Why was the function not active?
It is disabled by default on some markets and trims. The hardware is identical: it is a simple configuration parameter.
